Our yoga program offers classes for all levels, from gentle restorative flows to dynamic Vinyasa sequences. Led by experienced instructors, we blend mindful breath work, alignment-focused instruction, and functional movement to build strength, flexibility, and stress resilience.
Whether you're new to yoga or managing specific mobility or injury concerns, we provide safe progressions and modifications that work for your body. Learn practical tools you can use outside the studio to support recovery and wellness.
We also offer heated yoga classes in our custom-controlled studio to challenge your practice and deepen your results.

Studio Manager and Lead Yoga Instructor
Paula Evans is the Studio Manager and Lead Yoga Instructor at Thrive Yoga. Paula brings extensive experience in vinyasa, power yoga, gentle yoga, restorative practices, meditation, mat Pilates, strength-based movement, as well as teacher training and mentorship.
Paula’s classes are thoughtful, welcoming, and grounded in the connection between breath and movement. She combines creative sequencing, functional alignment, strength, mobility, and mindful awareness to help students feel more confident and connected in their bodies. Her teaching style is calm, encouraging, and approachable, with options that allow each student to practice in a way that supports their individual needs. Her classes are thoughtfully structured but never overly serious—there is always room for curiosity, playfulness, and the occasional laugh.
Paula believes yoga does not have to be intimidating or performative. Her goal is to create a space where students of all ages and experience levels feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. Whether a class is strong and energizing or quiet and restorative, students can expect purposeful movement, supportive guidance, and time to reconnect with themselves.
As the leader of Thrive Yoga, Paula is excited to build a welcoming yoga community in Port Washington—one centered on strength, balance, personal growth, and connection.
