Each class emphasizes safe progressions, individualized modifications, and practical tools you can use outside the studio to support recovery and long-term wellness. You’ll also be invited to our hot yoga classes where we turn the heat up with our custom HVAC to make you sweat and crush your yoga workout for the day.
